Voting is your right but we should always think of it as a privilege to be cherished. If we don’t cherish our right to vote, we won’t get out there and let our voices be heard and eventually, our rights could be violated.Don’t allow that to happen. Many people in this country sacrificed so that we could have freedom in this country ~ life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. As I mentioned in my blog last week, I didn’t always vote because I thought my vote wouldn’t count.I believe differently now.How can I not vote when so many people fought to get that right?Women weren’t allowed to vote until 1920.I bet once they got that right, they voted every election.I want my voice to be heard and it won’t be unless I get out and vote! One person can make a difference and that person could be you.
